Q: How does the ginger beer have to be stored?
A: To guarantee freshness, refrigerate before and after opening.

Q: What is the shelf life of the ginger beer?
A: Unrefrigerated: 3 days; Refrigerated: 1 month.

Q: Do you ship?
A: In the future, we will ship individual orders. For now, we only deliver to the tasting events or the stores where we have a presence.

Q: How long in advance do I have to place an order?
A: Please place your order here 5 days prior to the date of the event we will attend. Stores: If you’re not on a delivery plan, please place your order 2 days before the desired delivery date.

Q: Are products refundable:
A: Due to the nature of our product, we currently do not offer refunds unless the batch is recalled. When a batch is contaminated, we will contact the customer (store or individual) and process a refund within 48 hours of having notified the customer.

Q: How does it take to process a refund
A: 24 hours after we confirm that the order is refund eligible. Duration for receiving the refund depends on the customer’s payment processor or bank.

Q: How long does it take to receive an order
A: An order is delivered within 2 business days of payment confirmation.

Q: Where are products delivered
A: We currently only deliver in Marietta, Kennesaw and Woodstock. Please see our “Where to Purchase” page for delivery locations.
